GM5 is available for both delivery and pick-up.

Pick up is available at Unit 120 - 2771 VISCOUNT WAY, Richmond, V6V 2X4. Pickup time are between 10:00AM and 5:00PM.

Please ensure this address is correct. The customer will be charged for any additional shipping costs incurred by incorrect addresses.

  • Free Shipping for above $150 purchase (One shipping location in Vancouver, Richmond & Burnaby only)
    • Between Monday 12th December and Saturday 17th December, 2016 10am – 6pm
    • Between Monday 19th December and Saturday 23rd December, 2016 10am – 6pm

In the event of supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute goods baskets or packaging.

Apartments & Townhouses - Please be aware that the recipient may be called if the gift is being delivered to an apartment or townhouse without concierge services. The order may be delayed until we can confirm someone is available to accept the delivery.

Exchanges and Returns
Pursuant to health and safety regulations, we are unable to exchange or accept returns on food products.

Undelivered Items
If the gift is undeliverable due to incorrect address provided, missing information or the location is deemed not safe to be left and among other reasons, the gift will be returned to our head office and the purchaser will be notified at the phone number and/or email address provided at the time the order was placed.

For delivery to be attempted a second time, a second delivery fee will be applied, in addition to a 15% handling and restocking fee.

If the purchaser does not wish to reattempt delivery, the base cost of the gift less the 15% handling and restocking fee will be refunded to the purchaser. Please note that the original delivery charge will not be refunded since the original delivery attempt was made.

If we are unable to make arrangements for redelivery within 30 days of the return, the gift will be considered abandoned.
